Adam has worked in sales and marketing for more than 26 years. For the last 22 years Adams’ career has been solely in the Direct Marketing industry, initially as a Sales Director for data products, then Business Development Director driving digital and data driven sales and marketing solutions and since 1994 as the MD and CEO of DBS Data.
Adam heads up a professional team of thought leaders with a combined experience in data solutions of over 100 years. He instills each member of the team with a passion for delivering creative data driven sales and marketing solutions always within a compliant environment. In fact, compliance is Adam’s primary driver, data protection and compliance drives every process, every project, every task that his team in DBS Data undertakes. If Adam gets any time off (which isn’t often) he can be found on skis, sailing the 7 seas or cycling around the countryside, but you won’t see him doing this as much as he would like.

James is a direct marketing specialist with more than 15 years of experience working with advertising agencies, brokers and intermediaries. As the Sales Director of Agency & Broker Data Solutions at DBS Data, he works with a broad portfolio of blue chip clients including Maserati, Mitsubishi, L&G, Selfridges and Great Ormand Street Hospital and their agencies across both B2C and B2B data solutions.
James and his team focus on ensuring that all client data requirements are met across direct mail, email marketing, social media, profiling and analysis for data insight & append projects. He is committed to ensuring that the DBS Data embedded culture of compliance and ethical data is communicated to the agency and broker community ensuring that the end client brands are protected. When not working, James enjoys cycling, skiing, and sailing but not all at the same time.

Nathan joined the DBS Data team in 2010 in a graduate role and hasn’t looked back since. Nathans’ knowledge for all things Research have led to him assisting with the building of complex sample frames for our Market Research client base and utilising online panels and telephone data to find hard to reach respondents.
Nathan heads up all things Market Research at DBS Data and is responsible for working with Market Research companies to ensure that they get compliant data that delivers great results. He has supplied data for some interesting projects ranging from local and national government polling to brand awareness trackers for Sage, O2 and Macmillan. Nathans’ goal is to be the most representative supplier of compliant data solutions to the Market Research industry. Outside of work Nathan mostly drinks gin and plays football, not sure which order he does this in.

For more than a decade Chris Feasey has been at the forefront of the data-marketing industry, pioneering Data Solutions for DBS Data. As Director of Data & Technology he is the gatekeeper and custodian of all new and existing data, his job is to ensure it is always relevant, reliable, compliant and revenue generating, as well as tightly protected.
Chris and his team, work across all the data solutions to ensure a consistent quality of data is delivered to every client and that DBS Data are utilising the latest technologies to support data delivery. For fun in his spare time Chris likes to order lots of things from Amazon and when he isn’t doing this he watches American Football, which can take up some time!

Gary has worked in the direct marketing and data solutions industry for more than 12 years. Within DBS Data, he has worked across all aspects of the sales and account management teams providing the full range of data solutions to direct clients, agencies and market research.
Today, Gary is Commercial Director for the business and heads up the Enterprise and Partner business, which has a primary focus of delivering large-scale data solutions to corporates and agencies. With a long history of working with clients such as MBNA, Communisis Data Intelligence and Three, Gary understands the complexities involved in delivering full service compliant data solutions that deliver great value and success. He has also been known to enjoy the odd round of golf.
