Meet the Management Team
Adam has worked in sales and marketing for more than 26 years. For the last 22 years Adams’ career has been solely in the Direct Marketing industry, initially as a Sales Director for data products, then Business Development Director driving digital and data driven sales and marketing solutions and more recently as the MD and CEO of DBS Data.
Adam heads up a professional team of thought leaders. He instils the core values of passion for delivering creative data driven sales and marketing solutions always within a compliant environment. In fact, qualifying as a DPO in 2017, compliance is Adam’s primary driver, data protection and compliance drives every process, every project, every task that his team in DBS Data undertakes, including his participation in DMA councils and committees and chairing the Compliance Thinktank.
If Adam gets any time off (which isn’t often) he can be found on skis, sailing The Seven Seas or cycling around the countryside, but you won’t see him doing this as much as he would like.
Jenna has been part of the DBS family for over 20 years, working in both account management and data processing, before being appointed as Director of Data Management in 2019. She has always been involved in different areas of the business, working to broaden her skills and responsibilities. She is dedicated, organized and has a methodical approach to work. She always completes tasks efficiently and is constantly looking into ways of improving processes and developing opportunities.
In her current chapter at DBS, her objective is to continue working with our fantastic data team to ensure all products are current, compliant, relevant and reliable. She is committed to guaranteeing the continued development of our products and also our dedicated team of data analysts. When she is not working she is a mum to three lovely children, keeping her busy and always entertained!
Gary has worked in the direct marketing and data solutions industry for more than 12 years. Within DBS Data, he has worked across all aspects of the sales and account management teams providing the full range of data solutions to direct clients, agencies and market research.
Today, Gary is Commercial Director for the business working with clients, partners, the sales team and marketing to ensure we deliver best in class service and solutions. With a long history of working with clients such as MBNA, Communisis Data Intelligence and 3 mobile, Gary understands the complexities involved in delivering full service compliant data solutions that deliver great value and success. He has also been known to enjoy the odd round of golf.
